FAQ

Getting Started

How do I get started?

First fill out the form so we can set up an initial consultation. The purpose of this consultation is to assess your interest and skill sets so I can customize an approach that will help you grow!

How often do we meet?

Consistency is important when learning a new skill set. We can create a schedule that suits your lifestyle. However, the recommendation is once per week. If your goal is to accelerate the learning, then we can fast-track the sessions based on your schedule.

What is the age limit?

The youngest age is 7 to the oldest having no limit.

Where do we meet?

You have the option to meet at your home or remotely online. For students under the age of 18 require parental suprervision.
Once we develop a curriculum, we can decide when and where to do the first class. I will help you get materials to get started, and outline a course if we have multiple sessions.

During the week you can always contact me with questions.

What is included in the Portfolio Development Package?

A portfolio is important to have for a college or job application. Once we establish your goals, we can develop your ideas through a creative process and materialize your ideas into artwork for your portfolio.
Portfolios for college applications often require a Home Test submission. I would coach you through the process so that you feel confident about your portfolio.

Can I just take one session?

Yes, you can take just one session if you want an introduction to a topic or refresh a skill set.  Check out our single Crash Course!

What is considered a Group Session?

A group session is two students or more.  Learning with friends is fun.  If you have friends that want to learn the same topics, you can form a group.

Still Have a Question?

Please contact me if you have more questions.
